House Washing
Preparation: In the cleaning of the property it is possible that water or bleach used within the cleaning solution can damage valuable items. To ensure this does not happen please make sure you do the following:
- Remove all clothes from washing lines. This includes lines that are under unsealed balconies, as well as standard clothes lines in close proximity to the house. In windy situations the cleaning solution can be blown like paint overspray onto clothes left on the line.
- Cover or remove any non-waterproof items
- Make sure any external electrical/fuse boxes are sealed. If you have a fuse box in a location not easily viewable. ie. under balaconies/decks, please ensure these are properly sealed and notify us of their location prior to cleaning
Basically, We are coming to clean the Outside of your House. Anything apart from this that you don't want cleaned, make sure it is put away, waterproof, or properly covered.
The final item to check prior to the clean is to ensure your Window Frames do not leak. To ensure items within your home are free from possible bleaching, please move couches, furniture, cloathing, curtains and blinds from around the window. Although we do not use high pressure cleaning on the house it is still possible for a dribble of water to get inside the home through window leakage as we have to rinse the house off after.

High Pressure Cleaning
Pressure Cleaning of Cement is from $1.50 per square metre plus GST.
This includes the deeppore clean which keeps the cement cleaner for longer and keeps mold away.
The minimum price for this clean is $90 plus gst for any work done. (This is the equivalent of a 6 x 10 metre area or a driveway where you can fit 4 standard sized cars.) ie travelling costs, call out.Price may also be affected by difficulty/time needed to do the job.ie lots of small bits and pieces spread out over a large area.
No discounts apply for jobs under $100.
Roof Cleaning
It is very hard to give an accurate estimate on roof cleaning without seeing the property first. There are many items that vary the cost of this including; the pitch of roof, the size of the roof, the danger level of the clean & waste water removal.
Prices start @-$1.70 per metre square for metal and concrete tile roofing.
Terracotta roofing starts from $3.50pm2 plus gst.
Gutter Cleaning
Below is the price guide for Gutter Cleaning. Over sized houses will be charged extra due to additional linial meters of guttering , Please note that if your home has a high roof pitch we are required to wear a safety harness and as a result a $100 harness fee will apply. Also, if your house has gutter guards in it please alert us of its presence as removal of the guard incures extra costs.
