High Pressure Cleaning

High Pressure Cleaning of Cement / Slate / Lime Stone.
We use rotory washers to pressure clean large floor areas.  This is not you average cleaning method, as most people and contractors use a wand as a conventional way of doing this process.

Once the cement-slate-lime stone is clean, we then spray the cleaned surface with a deep pore cleaner.  This is a special material that soaks into the substrate to give it a deep clean, removing any microscopic practicals. And adds brightness to the surface.

We believe the final finished product side by side next to our competitors would make them look prehistoric and their job half finished.

Pricing Guide

Pressure Cleaning of cement is from $1.50 dollar per square metre. Price may change due to difficulty due to small bits and pieces spread out over a large area requiring a lot more time. We will confirm pricing on arrival, but pre-warning of this type of concrete would be useful.

This includes the deep pore clean and anti mold spray which keeps the cement cleaner for longer.

CEMENT CLEANING MINIMUM OF $90 DOLLARS NO DISCOUNT. This is the equivalent of a 6 x 10 metre area or a Driveway which fits four standard sized cars.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why Rotory over Wand?
There are many reasons for this.  A few are noted below.

  • A rotory system will clean 25 inches at a time and is walked up and down the paving like a lawn mower. In comparison a wand will only do 4-5 inches.
  • As the rotory covers a larger area at a time it is a faster process
  • When you use a wand it leaves minute amounts of grime behind, and when the surface you are cleaning is wet,it is very hard to tell if its done properly until it is completely dry.
  • A wand also has a tendancy to leave a zebra sort of effect when dry. With the use of the rotory washer you don't get that zebra effect.
